Regenerative Logistics — Oshkosh, Nebraska

We move things, make things, and solve hard problems.

A regenerative logistics company on the High Plains of Nebraska. We clear the overgrown, recover what others throw away, and put good material — and good people — back to work.

What We Do

Three lines of work, one idea behind them.

Take what a place has too much of, and put it back to use the right way — whether that’s wood, steel, or skilled hands.

01

Goods

Milled goods & provisions

We clear invasive cedar and Russian olive and mill it into things worth keeping — instead of burning it or letting it rot.

Logistics

Heavy hauling & recovery

If it’s heavy and needs to move, we handle it right the first time — and we recover the steel, scrap, and salvage so it gets used, not buried.

The Mission

Leave the land and the local economy better than we found them.

About

Founded by Nate Reeve.

Before the High Plains, Nate spent nearly a decade in Tier-One Special Operations, with extensive training in leadership, coaching, and business — then went on to coach executives and high performers. Now he’s building the Mercantile to that same standard.

He hires to one bar. Former high-level athletes, former special operators, and high-performing tradesmen who get it — people already known for doing hard work well. Quality isn’t a department here. It’s the whole point.
